Damian DiPippa is a highly accomplished senior executive leader with a diverse background spanning the aerospace, defense, intelligence, and information technology sectors within the government industry. Widely recognized as an authority and prominent figure in the consulting field, Damian has demonstrated exceptional expertise in driving company transitions and fostering organic growth. He has built an outstanding reputation for his innovative mindset, strategic acumen, and commitment to excellence.

Prior to joining ARETUM, Damian served as CEO at Arcfield, the SETA carve-out from Peraton, where he showcased his strong leadership capabilities. Previously, he served as President, overseeing the SETA business unit within Peraton. Additionally, Damian excelled as the Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Intelligence group at Perspecta, leading a team of skilled engineering professionals dedicated to delivering cutting-edge systems engineering and integration solutions, data analytics, and software development to the U.S. Intelligence Community and military intelligence sector. Prior to these roles, Damian served as a senior executive at ManTech, Engility, and Northrop Grumman/TASC.

Throughout his illustrious career, Damian has worked closely with an extensive array of defense and intelligence customers, including prominent organizations such as the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), United States Air Force (USAF), United States Army, Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM), and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

He earned a bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering from Penn State University and a master’s degree in business leadership from Georgetown University. His honors include the Gold Certificate of Merit in electronic warfare from the Association of Old Crows and the United States Secretary of Defense’s Patriot Award, in 2012. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Intelligence and National Security Alliance (INSA), contributing his insights and expertise to advance the industry.
